Shock, mourning, and then anger summed up our feelings after the election. Then things
got even worse as Trump began to fill his cabinet and important advisory posts with business tycoons, generals and outspoken racists.
Top job, Secretary of State, went to Rex Tillerson, Chairman of Exxon Mobil.
There has been a murmuring among the Republicans that those who didn't vote for Trump should “grow up,” “accept the defeat,” and “stop acting like sore losers." But New York Times Reporter Charles Blow is not going away quietly.
Here are some quotes from an article he wrote which provided us with our emotional marching orders. We encourage you to read the article in its entirety by clicking here.
[Trump] "You are an aberration and abomination who is willing to do and say anything — no matter whom it aligns you with and whom it hurts — to satisfy your ambitions . . . I am not easily duped by dopes.
I have not only an ethical and professional duty to call out how obscene your very existence is at the top of American government; I have a moral obligation to do so.
