This retreat is a real treat and very unique in that we will be taking over my cousin’s entire 16th century home/bed and breakfast. We have also mapped out and hand picked a week full of amazing activities for you to get to know and enjoy Italy to the fullest.
The day begins with long, full practices on the veranda overlooking the vineyard that include pranayama, meditation, and the works. And it ends with an exploration of Italy’s amazing foods and wines.
All Inclusive: two glasses of wine per meal, meals, room, board, all transportation, all day trips, conferences, cooking classes and of course… yoga! This year I think we have hit the sweet spot with our offerings so be sure to check out the full list here.
